Shopping Policy
At Rebel Ink Apparel, we craft every piece with care, attitude, and a touch of
magic. Here's everything you need to know when shopping with us:

Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and
  • holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During busy periods (e.g. product launches, sales), processing may take a 
  • little longer — we’ll keep you updated if so.
Shipping & Delivery
  • We offer UK-wide shipping and select international shipping.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination 
    and weight.
  • Estimated delivery time (after dispatch):
  • UK Standard: 2–4 business days
  • UK Express: 1–2 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to customs delays)
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, but
    we’ll always do our best to help resolve issues.
Pre-Orders & Limited Drops
  • Items marked pre-order or limited drop are made-to-order or produced in 
    small batches. Please allow extra time for production and delivery
    (estimated times will be listed on the product page).
  • Because these items are custom or limited, refunds or exchanges are not 
    available unless the product is faulty.
Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel like the rebellious queen you are when you wear Rebel 

Ink. If something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

Returns Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return 
or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With tags and original packaging
  • Free from scents, makeup, pet hair, or damage
Important: Items marked FINAL SALE, custom, or limited edition are non-
refundable unless faulty.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at rebelinktattooparlour@gmail.com with:
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable, especially for faulty items)

2. We’ll send return instructions and shipping info.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

Exchanges
  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
  • If we don’t have your size, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Refunds
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If your refund is late or missing, please check with your bank or contact us at rebelinktattooparlour@gmail.com.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We hand-check every item, but if something slips through the cracks:
  • Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Email us at rebelinktattooparlour@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number.
  • We’ll sort it quickly — with a replacement, refund, or credit.
